The starting point
Audemars Piguet (AP) is a watchmaker who has always challenged the established norms of luxury. That with a less formal approach and a touch of sartorial irreverence, which has created a balance between innovation and the seriousness traditionally associated with luxury watches. They were looking for a more direct, more personalised way of communicating with their customers and approached us for this.

Sometimes the waiting time to receive a timepiece once the order has been placed can seem long to the purchaser. During this time, the AP sales team received many customer requests and questions. It was necessary to facilitate the communication and maintain quality contact in the AP world, with a guaranteed proximity.
