Hrhr, I knew it. My blog post about Desperate Housewives

(the TV series…) will produce a lot of hits. I had until now 3100

hits alone on this post this month. I lost the stats for december due

to an “accident”, so can't tell you more about that month. It's also

the most used search string coming from search engines (1100 times

compared to 66 for the next one “ping pong” …). No wonder, when we're on 7th place on google. But I doubt somehow they are all looking for info about the series ;)

We're also on place 49 on the 100 Most Popular Gravatar Enabled URLs list.

What do we learn from this: Choose the right topic, make your page

nicely indexable for search engines (like putting the post title in

/html/head and in the URL and using html header tags in the appropriate

places) and you will get a lot of hits (I doubt they are very valuable

hits, since “they” are most certainly looking for something else, but

on the other hand, I also got some decent and long comments on that

topic)
