I updated the PHP extension for ImageMagick for Windows. It's based on version 0.9.5. 0.9.6 had some serious memory problems with the new error-handler. I hope, we can fix that in the next release. Get it here: php.chregu.tv/php_imagick.dll.
Michael Bretterklieber is currently setting up an automated build system for PECL-extensions for Windows (the response of doing that on the PHP server itself was ratherā¦ mmmh.. nevermind..). If that's done, you will have much more up-to-date PECL-extensions for Windows.
Notice : The docu at http://pear.php.net is outdated. Don't read it (new PEAR-Manuals are currently not regenerated, otherwise the docu wouldn't be there anymore..), but look at the vast amount of examples. And you need to download and install ImageMagick itself in order to get it running.
