Already more than 26 of the 72 hours are over and the project is running smoothly. Besides fixing little bugs here and there during the whole day, there were no major issues on our side. The admin server was a little bit overloaded for some time, but a readjusting of some Apache parameters helped a lot. The public servers are running without hick-ups and every visitor should have an enjoyable experience :) There are already 685 calls for help (186 already resolved), 130 success messages and more than 500 uploaded pictures, quite a success for everyone IMHO.
