There are so many opportunities in tech, but non-techies often struggle to benefit from them – until we properly involve them in the process. I've been excited about user-centered design for 20 years now, and it never gets boring because the tools, the processes and also the users evolve.
At Liip I love that we combine our design power with a great passion for quality. We seek new ways of doing business, but always stay authentic. Innovation is not just a buzz word but in our DNA.

I am active in the delivery of Design Thinking, Service Design and UX Design.
